Robotics Birthday Party Themes
Our Robotics party themes cater to children 4 years and older. Our age appropriate themes and our trained Game Coaches will get kids building their robots within minutes. No programming knowledge needed!
TOTBOTS - Ages 4 - 7
Kids get to build a soccer player and goalie. We begin with a quick discussion of the key parts of the robots. They will then view an on-screen animated video that brings their robot to life and shows them exactly what the finished robot can do. After they construct the robot with LEGO pieces, they will connect it to the computer via USB cable and program it with software. After programming the robot, kids get to play with their robots. Each class will close with a 5-minute circle time discussion of what was learned.
ROBOGATOR - Ages 7+
RoboGator is like a real animal! It snaps its jaws and attacks anything that comes in its way. Kids will start by getting a short lesson on the different parts and sensors. They will then piece the different modules and connect them to the heart of the robot. Once the robot is built, they will then learn to program the robot and bring it life. Kids can't resist putting their fingers in the robot's jaws to see what it will do!
ALPHA REX - Ages 7+
Alpha Rex is a humanoid robot! It walks forwards and backwards, turns, talks, grabs things and can even see. Kids can build the humanoid robot and even program their own voice in to the robot to talk or sing! They can further customize the robot to flash the birthday boy or girl's name or photo on the LCD display! Touch sensors make the robot move while color sensors allows it to grab objects and identify colors. Kids will love getting Alpha Rex to obey their every command!
SUMO BOTS - Ages 7+
We call this Robotics: The Hunger Games Edition! Kids learn to strategize and think about different aspects of their sumo bots such as height, weight, speed, whether it will push or flip the enemy robots, and much more. Once their strategy is in place, they will build their sumo bot and bring it life with easy drag and drop programming. The sumo bots are then entered in to an arena where they will battle it out till only one sumo bot is left standing. Now that is a high energy birthday party!
